The Society is located at kilometer 3 New Ife Road Ibadan inside Nigerian Breweries Plc; Ibadan Premises. The Society was registered on 6th September, 1989 as Nigerian Breweries Limited (Ibadan) Staff Co-operative Investment and Credit Society Limited with registration number 5645.

This Society is a medium sized organization, professionally managed by experts. The Society commenced business in 1989 and presently has total savings of over ₦350million. The Society made investment in the following:

Selling of household equipment and electronic gadgets.
Loan to members
Purchase of Landed property for members

The current membership strength of the Society stood at about 300 which cut across all Nigerian Breweries plc locations in Nigeria.
This Society is the sole authority that can deduct directly from individual salary account, savings and any loan advance to the NB Plc. Ibadan Staff Cooperative members; through the Society on monthly basis.
The cumulative deduction is paid to the Society’s account in bulk as revolving loans on monthly basis.

Cooperative President

Amos Alobalowo

Amos Alobalowo was an Automation Trainer at Supply Chain Academy Technical Learning Centre of Nigerian Breweries Plc.
Amos Alobalowo joined the Executive Committee members of NB Plc Ibadan Staff Cooperative Society as Vice President of the Society in year 2001 and was elected Cooperative President between year 2002 – 2004.
Amos Alobalowo was reelected as the Cooperative President on June 2, 2018. As at that time, the society was in a state of mess due to the mismanagement of Society finances by the previous Cooperative Executives.
Amos Alobalowo has retired from active service of Nigerian Breweries Plc., but still holding the position of the Cooperative President pending the election of new Cooperative Executives.

Vice President

Mr Falayi Emmanuel Akinlolu.

He hold HND Mechanical Engineering graduate from The Polytechnic Ibadan.
He joined Nigerian Breweries Plc in 1991.
He has an extensive experience in production/mechanical.
He played a key role in ensuring delivering of a high-quality packaging products. He is driven individual who is passionate about continuously improving processes and delivering results.
Falayi Emmanuel joined the Cooperative Executive Committee members in June 2, 2018 as the vice-president for the revival of the cooperative society.
He is married with loving children.

Treasurer

Akinduro Moses Akinbobola.

Akinduro Moses Akinbobola is an Engineer and former auditor to his grace multi venture limited with vast experience in General Admin. Services and Financial Control functions within the company.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering from the University of Benin. He is currently a member of the Nigerian society of Engineer NSE. Akinduro is a proposed member of COREN.
He has held series of executive positions in different cooperative outside Nigeria Brewery.
Akinduro Moses Akinbobola was elected Cooperative Treasurer on June 2, 2018 for the revival of the NB Plc Ibadan staff cooperative society.
